About the event
What: This FREE event is designed to bring together individuals who care about the land and water in their communities. The gathering will encourage women-focused conversation and collaboration among folks who are working in different ways to care for the land. This is a POTLUCK, so please bring a dish to share! Water will be provided. Alcoholic and N/A Beverages available for purchase at the bar.
—>We will hear from two conservation professionals about the role of SWCDs,
the importance of soil health, cover crop talk, info about tree and shrub programs,
ideas for small and large scale conservation projects, and a round of TRIVIA!
