About the event

Lawns to Legumes is a Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources program that helps residents establish pollinator habitat, including pocket plantings, pollinator lawns, and native trees and shrubs. Join us to hear about the impact of the Lawns to Legumes program, details on the upcoming Spring 2027 grant application, plus, tips on how to start a residential pollinator habitat project using Blue Thumb's planning resources. We'll also have firsthand reflections from two women who have been recipients of the Lawns to Legumes grant. Pollinator habitat doesn't have to start on acres of land. It can start in a yard. This webinar is a chance to hear directly from the people running Lawns to Legumes and from women in our network who have gone through the process themselves, so anyone thinking about applying this spring knows exactly what to expect. All are welcome!
