About the event
Minnesota Women in Conservation is bringing together brewers, farmers, conservation professionals and community members to discuss the importance of water quality at "Conservation on Tap" gatherings. Join us at Talking Waters Brewing for the first!
"Conservation On Tap" events are informal gatherings that allow participants like you to drive the conversation. Topics often include discussions of water quality, cover crops, perennial vegetation, and edge-of-field practices. We'll start by hearing from one of the brewers at Talking Waters Brewing sharing why clean water matters for their brewing process. Conservation professionals will follow and provide short presentations. The majority of the event is for connecting with community members and learning what assistance is available to landowners and farmers who seek to implement more conservation practices on their land. Come learn about which actions influence our access to clean water and steps you can take to participate in protecting our waters.
